Position Overview

IntraWorks Inc. is actively searching for individuals interested in joining an Apprenticeship Program which will incorporate workplace training with related technical on-the-job instruction. Learn a trade and advance your career.
Technician will be responsible for installation and maintenance of commercial low-voltage systems including security systems, access control devices, safety systems, cctv, nurse call, fire and evacuation systems. These services are to be provided to the end user in an effective and efficient manner with excellent customer service.

Apprenticeship Program

IntraWorks Inc. and Northern New Mexico Independent Electrical Contractors, Inc. (NMIEC) are committed to providing individuals the education through workplace training with technical in-school training that will lead them to a career in a trade they can use for the rest of their lives with ES3 or ES7 licensing.
The program is designed to provide the apprentice with the necessary theory and practical training to earn the status of Low Voltage Technician. For completion, 450 hours of classroom instruction and 6,000 on the job training hours are required over a 3 year period.

Classes are held one week every 3- months (starting August).
Starting pay at $10.21 (pay increases every 6-months)
