Position Overview

Technician will be responsible for installation and maintenance of commercial low-voltage systems including security systems, access control devices, safety systems, cctv, nurse call, fire and evacuation systems. These services are to be provided to the end user in an effective and efficient manner with excellent customer service.

Job Summary

• Provide on-site and remote customer support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software of all mentioned systems above
• Connect and setup hardware
• Troubleshoot and repair system failures
• Provide training and support on request
• Accurately report service data
• Organize and manage truck parts and tools
• Develop a thorough understanding of integrating a fire alarm system, elevator controllers, sprinkler/suppression systems, card access, security systems and CCTV
• Work well in a team environment
• Perform other related duties as required during working hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience
• Valid driver’s license & drug test
• Ability to work a full time schedule and OT as required
• Available for travel, which may include nights and weekends to accommodate customer’s schedule
